Role Models is one of my favourite comedies. I really don't like comedy films because they're rarely funny but this had me laughing from start to finish, I hope my kids grows up to be like Augie Farks.

Now this is a sexy bunch of teenage vampires!

Burlesque

I want this to be good but it actually looks really bad. Christina Aguilera doesn't seem to be able to act and the whole thing looks like a cross between High School Musical and Pretty Woman.

The only saving grace would seem to be Cher who I adore no matter what. I'll probably still grab it on dvd.

Ghost World

I know this is an old old old film but I saw it for the first time today and my god I loved it! I really want to run out and get the graphic novel now. Enid is a great character and I definitely connected with her indecisiveness and cynicism.

I also adored her clothes and think they've dated really well. Adam disagreed and said they were horrendous. When I told him this is how I dressed as a teenager he said "I know, that's how you looked when I met you." Haha, he obviously didn't mind too much or we wouldn't be getting married.

I'd also forgotten how much I used to love Brad Renfro. He's so cute in the film. Very sad that he's no longer with us.

I'd be interested to know what others thought of the ending. I read it that she commits suicide. Norman gets on the bus that shouldn't exist and then so does she. I took to that mean they both died. Any thoughts?

I'm Still Here

So the craziness and uncertainty surrounding why Joaquin Phoenix went all mental on us is still a bit crazy and uncertain but it all leads to this film right here! Stay tuned I guess.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

I'm so excited about this film. It's the best of the books and definitely the darkest. My only issue? Why the fuck did they decide to do it in 3D? I hate 3D, it ruins films beyond belief! Grrr.
